Member database
Each person with their family, birthday, the date they started attending, baptism and notes. Instant search and filters.
With Organiza, your church's ministries, shifts and member database stay in order. Each volunteer confirms from their phone, and you can see who's carrying too much before they burn out.

A quick tour with real screens.
From the moment a leader builds their team to the moment the pastor checks on how their volunteers are doing.
For each service, they set how many people each role needs: two vocalists, one guitar, one usher. With a single tap, Organiza suggests people who are free, know that role and have served the least.
If someone is traveling, paused or already serving at that time in another ministry, Organiza tells you before you schedule them.

The volunteer gets their link on WhatsApp, sees who they'll be serving with and taps I can or I can't. If they can't, they pick a reason so their leader knows why.
They can also mark the days they can never make it (say, Wednesdays because of work) or a week they'll be away, and they won't be scheduled on those days.

A load light shows who has room, who's at their limit and who's overloaded, counting their shifts and how many weeks in a row they've been serving.
And on the other side: who isn't serving yet but has potential, based on their discipleship progress, their skills and their time at the church.

A report for the pastoral team: how many are serving, how the ministries are doing, why people couldn't make it, who's new, who was baptized and who's growing in discipleship. Print it or download it to Excel.

Banda comes with Organiza: songs with chords, the order for each service and who plays what, on each musician's phone or tablet.
Banda doesn't come with copyrighted songs: your team types or pastes its own, and your church is responsible for its licenses. For your report, Banda gives you the usage list.

What big churches use, made simple and with no subscription to pay.
Each person with their family, birthday, the date they started attending, baptism and notes. Instant search and filters.
Only people with pastoral permission can see them. They're stored encrypted, and there's a record of who opened them.
Each ministry with its leader, its roles and who can do what. Skills like Musician, Kitchen or Logistics.
"I can" or "I can't," with a reason. Suggested replacements when someone cancels.
Shifts over 4 weeks and weeks in a row. Pauses with a return date, so people can rest.
Travel dates or a set day every week. No one schedules you when you can't.
Whoever builds the calendar marks which ministries each event needs, and each leader decides who serves. Two links for Google Calendar and the iPhone: the church and your service.
Steps in order or standalone courses. Who's on each one, who's next and who's ready for more responsibility.
A poster with your church's QR code. Whoever scans it leaves their details, and your team follows up by WhatsApp.
Send a link and each person enters their basic details. It arrives marked to review, and no one gets duplicated.
Each group with its leader, assistant leader and host, day, time and address. Plus who isn't in one yet.
One for the pastor: who's worn out, who hasn't been scheduled, and which dates need people. And one for each ministry's leaders.
Pause someone in certain ministries only. Archive without deleting: their contact info and history stay.
Everyone sees where they serve and the ministries they lead. The menu only shows what each person needs.
Install it on your phone, tablet or computer and open it with one tap. No app store, and it barely takes up space.
Songs with chords, the order for each service and each musician's key. Works with a pedal and offline.
The Digital Church account works for Organiza, Banda and Proyecta: the same email and the same password.
Download a file with everything from your church and, if something gets lost, upload it to get it back.
Upload your list with the template and review it before saving. Download your whole database anytime.
Just three roles, so any church can understand it: the office organizes, each leader schedules their own team and only Pastoral sees pastoral matters.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Pastoral | Everything, including pastoral notes and prayer requests. Only this role can give the Pastoral role, delete the church or restore a backup. |
| Administrative | The office: people, ministries, volunteers, access, settings and reports. Everything except pastoral matters. |
| Volunteer | Sees their shifts, answers whether they can serve and marks the days they can't. If they're a leader or co-leader of a ministry, they manage it. |
Leader and co-leader are positions inside each ministry: the office names the leader, and the leader names their co-leaders. Creating church events is a separate checkbox. Visitors and people who don't serve yet don't need an account.
People share sensitive things at church. Organiza is built to respect them.
Yes. Organiza is part of Digital Church, free tools for the church, like Proyecta. There's no paid plan and no ads. The code is open source (MIT license).
No. They're in People and, if they came through the QR code, in New people. Accounts are for people who serve or lead: when someone starts serving, their leader or the office invites them through WhatsApp.
No. You send them their invitation on WhatsApp, they create a password and sign in from their phone's browser. If they want, they can add it to their home screen like an app.
Each person copies a link from "My account" and adds it in Google Calendar (Add calendar → From URL). There are two: one for the whole church and one for your service (your shifts and your teams' rehearsals). It updates on its own; Google takes a few hours to show changes. On the iPhone you add it with one tap.
Yes. Download the template or upload your own file: Organiza finds the columns by their names, shows you what will happen with each row and doesn't duplicate anyone who's already there.
The church office (the Pastoral and Administrative roles). Each ministry leader schedules their team and, if they're short on people, asks for them through Organiza. That way no one ends up in two ministries without someone noticing.
It's optional. If you have one, it helps you see who's ready to serve in more ways and lets you set requirements (for example, child protection training to serve in the kids' ministry).
If your church sets it up, Organiza sends email notices for invitations and new shifts. If not, everything can be sent through WhatsApp with one tap.
It doesn't come with copyrighted songs. Your team types or pastes them with their chords, and they stay just for your church. When turning on Banda, your church confirms it's responsible for its licenses (for example, CCLI); the number is optional. Banda gives you a list of how many times each one was sung for your report.
Yes. It's the Digital Church account: with the same email you sign in to Organiza and Banda, and you connect Proyecta to keep its backup in the cloud (songs, orders and settings) and bring in services from Banda. Videos and images stay on each computer.
Yes. From "My account" you can create another church and switch between them. Each one keeps its data separate.
Create the account, invite your leaders and set up your first service in one afternoon.
